In the sunny west of the island, above the small village of Puntagorda, our beautiful Finca La Paz is located.
Built around 1910 at an altitude of about 850 m, we have carefully renovated the house with love for detail and extended it to include a bathroom and a bedroom.
From the terrace and living room you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the municipality of Puntagorda and the fascinating sunsets.

The holiday home is situated on a 2800 sqm plot of land with pine, almond and fig trees in a quiet and beautiful environment. Under the almond trees you can relax in the shadow on the garden loungers or soak up the sun on the meadow.
Directly at the house, the next hikes start, for example to the Roque de los Muchachos, the highest point of the island with its observatories.

The surrounding beaches can be reached by car within 20 to 45 minutes.
Puntagorda with its shops, various restaurants, an open-air swimming pool and all the services you need, is 5 minutes away by car.
300 metres above the house you can reach the light flooded pine forest, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There are more hiking trails, for example to the archaeological sites of La Zarza.

Two beautiful terraces and a wind-protected inner courtyard invite you to enjoy the sun. Parasol and garden furniture are also part of the house's furnishings.
